Project Overview
The current design of the Nest thermostat lacks features that contribute to a positive atmosphere, hindering employee satisfaction and well-being.
Our task as UX designers was to spearhead a spinoff, infusing the relaunch of the product with a friendly and cheerful aesthetic tailored for office environments.


My Role
I took charge of translating research insights into visually compelling and thematically consistent interface designs.
My primary responsibilities included leading the initial concept development to the creation of final design elements, ensuring that all visual components aligned with the project’s overarching theme.

The Project Dynamic
This 10-week project involved three stages: moodboarding for an assigned vision, developing proposals for all three concepts, and the I will showcase in this case study, working in teams to develop the whole ecosystem for the final assigned vision.
